Welcome to the Dark Ride....... 

Sitting on the edge of a closing amusement park in small town Tennessee, is a dark ride. The ride sits silent.  Broken down and unmoving the ride holds vigil in it's corner of the park. The patrons pass by. They head to the newer rides, the ones that actually work. Then with no warning the ride springs to life for once last gasp, and four teens are offered the chance to take one more ride, one more dark ride.

I just finished Dark Ride and wanted to send you a message to let you know how much I enjoyed it. I read it in less than 24 hours and found myself unable to put it down, even when I did put it down I found myself distracted, returning to it wondering what would happen next! I have been a huge fan of suspense books for years, especially Stephen King. Although your  writing obviously comes from a different place than Mr. King, you were able to hold the reader's interest  in the same ways. I really appreciated the over all message as well, I have not enjoyed a book so much in a very long time. Kenneth Durden
